Objective:

We are looking for an Accounting professional, the purpose of the role will be to lead the finance function.
The role is responsible for leading the month-end closing process and ensuring accurate and timely submission.
You will review and approve account reconciliations prepared by the finance team in addition to preparing the yearly budget and providing monthly updates via the SOP cycle.

Job Description:

• Compiling the data, information, and primary reports.
• Reviewing, analyzing, performing further procedures to generate secondary level reports.
• Ensure the accurate posting of AR/AP, GL, and Bank & Credit Card transactions.
• Preparation of accounts reconciliation fortnightly and monthly includes Bank, AR, AP, and Inventory.
• Ensure an accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure an accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Designing and evaluating the soundness, adequacy, application of procedures, and internal controls of the organization.
• Verification and update of daily sales and purchases.
• Preparation of customer and vendors aging with Sales Team for timely collections or due invoices.
• The Incumbent having HR Experience would be given preference
• Having Expertise in Headhunting, Screening Profiles.
• Worked on the Payroll, and Tax Reporting for various states as needed

Skills & Requirements:

• Candidates Should be a Bachelor's Degree, Master’s would be preferred along with the professional certification CA/ACCA/ACMA/ICMA
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in the accounts department
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel & (ERP, Sage) with the ability to work on bulk data.
• Working knowledge and ability to track accurately and create reports as and when required.
• Ideally an analytical mind with strong mathematical skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Can think out of the box, good attention to detail
• Candidates who are available to join immediately / on short notice will be preferred.

Shift Timings would be Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to 07:00 PM) Miami EST Time Zone.

Note: This is a Night Shift and Lahore Based Job.
